I wanted to install a throttle controller on my truck to help with the "dead pedal" feeling these new f350's have (all stock diesel's in my experience. Of course the pedal commander is very popular, simple to use and proven to work. But I had seen a review of the Banks pedal monster and was curious if there is any difference. They both absolutely work and make a large improvement. The thing I like about the banks is that it is powered by obd2 and not the throttle by wire wiring. Also the banks has a built in fail safe so if the module were to fail/loose power it re routes the signal right back out of the module into the throttle by wire harness and reverts back to stock. If the in line pedal commander fails you loose the pedal completely. Both worked very well but in the end I chose the Banks due to its safety features built in
