Morton Arboretum Hiking and Daniel Popper Sculptures

Six mile hike on the trails of Morton Arboretum and the bonus of five 15-26 foot tall sculptures by Daniel Popper, which are spectacular. You will see all five on the video along with snippets of the trail which took me along the outer edges of the east side of the arboretum. If you’ve never been here it is worth the admission. I’ve included their website link below. Trails are mulch and easy on the joints for walking. Many different looping tails on both the east and west side of the arboretum. The main building includes a cafe, gift shop, and information center. Very helpful people can answer questions and provide maps. Every season offers a different look with trees from around the world and wild flowers. Also saw a couple of deer on my walk. For those who can’t hike the trails you can tour by bike and car on the roads that wind through the park. They also provide a tour trolley. Lots of special events and classes.
