The design uses no valves, only ports and the alignment of the rotor to control airflow in and out of the chambers. And you bet I got it working this time around. I also improve my dynamometer setup to collect data at higher engine speeds, and I'm able to successfully run all 4 engines on the setup to compare peak performance as well as get a vague idea of efficiency.
