I personally, I love that fact that I don't need to walk around as one would do at a regular buffet. Instead, I can sit here and chat to my friends while the waiters serve us all the food. They have clean and simple menu with easy to understand menu items. The food I had here involve a variety of cooking techniques, all excellently executed. The Soshi chefs sure know their stuff.
