Timelapse of Clapham Junction 26th April 2014

Whils't on a visit to Clapham Junction on 26th April 2014 I made a piece of video to show the flow of constant traffic through this busy station Junction looking towards the city of London. Many of the different electric multiple unit types can be seen making their way in and out of both Victoria and Waterloo stations also the line on the leftt branching off to Kensington and Willesden. The side the camera was positioned on is commonly known as the "Windsor" side, in the middle is the "South Western" and far right in this case is the "South Central" side. Behind the camera is the large sidings and shed. The place has seen quite a significant change in recent years particularly since the superb signalbox spanning the tracks was removed. The video has been sped up six times and for the very observant viewer you will notice that the middle section of the video has been looped to lengthen the actual product. Many thanks to my brother for the music creation and I hope you enjoy this rather experimental sequence.
