Cross-Canada Tour: Episode 63

In this episode 63 we leave Agawa Bay Campground right on Lake Superior in Lake Superior Provincial Park. One of the nicer Campgrounds forsure. It was another challenging day with a lot of climbs, especially the one near Montreal River. The views were amazing and the video doesn't really come close to being there. Shortly after Pancake Bay we arrived at the Voyageur's Lodge and picked up one of their world famous apple fritters. The friendly staff not only filled up our water bottles but gave us ice for the water!!! We pushed on to the halfway point of the Transcanada Highway and Chippewa falls!!! After another good rest we continued past the easternmost point of Lake Superior and made it into Harmony beach. Unfortunately the campground no longer had accommodations for tents, but the owner and manager was kind enough to offer a place to pitch our tent for the night when we explained that we would be gone within 8 hours!
