Add the rye, simple syrup, and lemon juice to a shaker tin. 2. Shake without ice for 5-8 seconds. 3. Shake with ice for 8-10 seconds. 4. Pour the port into a rocks glass over fresh ice. 5. Fine strain the the sour portion into the glass. 6.
