Let me show you how I made my boots for my sailor moon cosplay! You can pretty much make any kind of boots with this tutorial, how to do the first few steps will be the same, the detailing and decorations will only differ. NO CAT REQUIRED but will add to the end product. :D We start with a simple pair of heels. Use faux leather. Contact cement for the main adhesive. I love sailor moon so much so I will never get tired of improving and improving my cosplays! I hope this tutorial helps with your cosplay of our beloved Usagi-chan.
