New Mesa Boogie Fillmore 50 watt amp May 3 2019 I own the TC50, a Dual Rectifier, and an old 50 Caliber. I also own two Egnater amps (Tweaker) and one sorry ass Marshall DSL 15c. I was thinking about buying the Marshall Origin 50 over at Guitar Center. I looked at it and played through it and it was just OK. Certainly not like their British made JCM 800's. The Viet Nam made amp was descent but did not have a wow factor. So, my second music store stop was at Huber and Breese in Roseville Michigan. Just looking at the Mesa gear at the store was mind blowing. Despite having purchased the TC 50 recently I must have had a temporary insane moment when I was actually thinking about buying the Marshall Origin 50. Well, one of my friends is a sales tech at the Huber and Breese store. Thank goodness he was there to resuscitate my senses. I now own a wonderful Fillmore 50. I love it. The build quality is second to none. I am very happy with everything I buy from Mesa Boogie.
