CUSTARD 2 eggs beaten 1 tbsp vanilla extract 1 1/2 cups whole milk (fresh milk) 3 tbsp custard powder 1 tbsp gelatin powder (you can add another 1 tbsp if you want a "FIRMER" flan. 1/2 cup sugar Combine milk,custard powder,gelatin and sugar in a mixing bowl. Pour in a sauce pan. use medium heat. Keep stirring for 3 minutes until smooth. Slowly whisk into the beaten eggs until all combined. Strain. Pour into the llaneras. Chill for half an hour until set and jiggly. Run a knife around the edges before inverting into a plate. Invert Serve and enjoy.
