If you are looking for fluffy pancakes in Shibuya then you don't have to look any further than this spot, Espresso D Works Shibuya. One of my secret found joys, this spot puts a smile on my face. Definitely a Tokyo Food hidden gem. You've probably seen my video of Benitsuru fluffy pancake in Asakusa, still one of my favorites, but going all the way across town to get those pancakes is rough for someone like me who lives in Shibuya. This is why this shop is perfect for me when I'm getting that souffle pancake craving.
