I closed so many loans on houses that were being short sold that I saw the good, the bad and the ugly. In this video I cover what a short sale is and why someone may do a short sale. It is important that if this is something you are considering you speak with a Realtor, Tax advisory and potentially a lawyer. This is not something to enter into lightly.
