Darren provides insight on the Kellenberger K10, a machine that streamlines the production of HB Bearings standard products such as gamet and taper roller bearings. With a repeatability of a micron, the K10 is a fantastic machine for mass production. While HB Bearings still use manual machines for vintage machining and bespoke bearings, CNCs like the K10 and K100 from Kellenberger have skyrocketed their production to tens of thousands of accurate parts. The addition of a WENGER loader with the K100 allows for seamless automation, which can also be turned off to make for a standard universal grinding machine for one-offs.
