This property was so much fun marketing! The people featured are the landlords of the property and they were blown away with the personalised marketing campaign for a home they dearly love. Seeing us treat the property with such attention to detail gave them trust in the process. It is a specialty property being heritage and dual occupancy to the landlords, so the right caretaker and neighbour choice was vital to a long term relationship. We ran through a series of unique marketing steps to find the right match for this home. We first teased the market using a Facebook sneak peek that shared my photos of up close detail and character plus beautiful garden images. We added a story of the landlords and aligned the ad copy to who would suit the home best. We then promoted some of the professional photos on social media, and ran a landlord interview on the history of the home on Facebook. These tools were emotive techniques to speak to the people we knew would love the home best. Next step was to share a promo video of the lifestyle in Plynlimmon. A huge success and a video we are very proud of, this enabled tenant clients to feel the property and see themselves living in the home. Our promo videos are a story in pictures, with more of a wedding or lifestyle feel than a standard real estate video. An exciting next step was to take the home live to all websites with professional images featuring our clients 'living' the property, and adding the promo video to this campaign, plus a second video showing more of an intimate tour. The ad copy is always vital to get right as you write to who you want to become your future tenant based off landlord needs, demographic, suitability of property and perfect happiness match. People say this is too much work for a tenancy, and should be for the sale market, but Best Nest disagrees and believes every client and property deserve this standard!
