Exploring Beautiful Lake Hallstatt

Today myself and Sai take the train from Vienna to the beautiful lakeside town of Obertraun on Lake Hallstatt. After checking in to our hotel, the Seehotel am Hallstättersee, we decided to take the cable car up the top of Mount Krippenstein. It was late in the day so we didn't have much time to look around, but we saw as much as we could before we got ambushed by a herd of sheep in search of food. The next day we went to one of the world's biggest overtourism hubs, the lakeside village of Hallstatt. Due to the fact that Austria just reopened for tourism in late June, it actually wasn't as crowded as what I had read online. If you're going to visit we recommend trying to go during the off-season, as I have heard it can get pretty packed.
