This is really good y’all..Lots of times I don’t like desserts made with almond flour, but this is an exception…This is one I will make again..I am going to eat like for breakfast like coffee cake…For my low carb or keto friends out there, you will like this one…Please Share, Subscribe and please leave me a comment…and please give me a thumbs up to show you like my channel❤️❤️ Recipe 1 cup almond flour 1/4 cup coconut flour 2 eggs…room temperature 1/4 cup melted coconut oil 1/2 cup stevia or sweetener of choice 1/4 cup sour cream 1 teaspoons vanilla 1 teaspoons baking powder 1/2 teaspoons salt.. Cinnamon sugar layer 1/2 cup brown sugar swerve..or of your choice 6 tablespoons melted butter 1 tablespoons almond flour 1 tablespoons cinnamon Cream cheese glaze 2 oz softened cream cheese 2 oz heavy cream 1 1/2 tablespoons swerve Preheat oven to 350 degrees Spray 8x8 baking dish with cooking spray.. Mix all the cake ingredients, first dry, than wet…Spread into bottom of dish..batter will be real thick..smooth out.. Cinnamon layer: Mix ingredients for cinnamon layer…stir until smooth..pour over cake layer..using a knife, make swirls..will appear lumpy…bake 30 minutes on 350.. Glaze Mix ingredient and make sure cream is room temperature..never add cold cream to softened cream cheese. It will have knots in it… When cake is done and cooled about 15 minutes, then spread glaze on top…enjoy with a cup of coffee!y
