During the COVID-19 pandemic, the world was flooded with visual messaging. But while governments were tracking 'Compliance,' they were often ignoring 'Connection.' Why did some posters feel like a threat, while others felt like a hand to hold? Even though most scholars approach this topic through the various lenses of their own disciplines and philosophical leanings, they have focused on the created rather than the 'creative.'
