From where to download Iris Shaders 1.21.7 to how to add shaders pack to Iris Shaders once things are setup and running, this video covers it all. To get started, you will need to download Iris Shaders. There is a link in the description above, and you can Google “Iris Shaders download” if that is easier for you. Once you are on the download page, download the Iris Installer. Next, open the Iris Installer using Java. If you don’t have Java, you will need to get it in order to install the shaders mod. With the Iris Installer open, make sure 1.21.7 is selected, and click the “Install” button. The Iris Shaders mod will now install into Minecraft. If you have any issues, make sure Minecraft and the Minecraft Launcher are closed and that you have played Minecraft 1.21.7 before. With Iris installed, we will also need to get some shader packs in order for shaders to actually work in 1.21.7. There is a link in the description above to get 1.21.7 shaders. However, you can also search for “Minecraft Shader Packs” to find links to Modrinth and CurseForge. When downloading shaders, version doesn’t matter as much as long as it was released within the last few years. After you have your shader pack downloaded, open the Minecraft Launcher. You should have an Iris Shaders installation that you will want to play Minecraft with. When that is open, go to Options, Video Settings, and Shaders Packs in the top right.
