This circuit is very cheap and easily available on many online stores. The circuit is very easy to assemble and can be powered on using any 12 volts battery. This circuit allows you to select from five different configurations depending upon the thickness of the nickel strip you will be using. The welding process is based on the principle of high current and high temperature, rapidly melting part of the nickel sheet, and cooling. *2. High speed single chip design, intelligent program, real-time display of battery voltage and high visibility of spots welding strength. *3. Adopts 8pcs MOS tubes, the peaks current is up to 2400A, support 0.1-0.2mm nickel welding sheets and the welding points are more solid and beautiful. *4. High-precise power output design with 99 gears output power is adjustable for more accurate welding, and is suitable for continuous welding of thousands of points on nickel sheet and nickel-plate sheet. *5. With the 3 bit digital-tube real-time gear display function, which not only can display the current gear, but also can detects the battery voltage, and enhances the pleasure of the spots welding. *6. When in standby, the digital tube will alternately display the gear and the supplying voltage once every second. When the display reads: d + two digits, means it is under gear display; when the display reads: three digits, such as 12.6, means that the voltage of the power supply is: 12.6V voltage. *7. Three working modes design, you can switch between general power mode, strengthen power mode and super strong power mode. *8. Two spots welding delay times are adjustable design, you can set 0s or 1s delay time according to the working demands. *9. It is both spots-welder and voltmeter, built-in 12-bit high-precise ADC, the voltage measurement accuracy is up to 0.01 voltage, with 8-24V test ranges, automatic voltage display when connected to the power supply. *10. Flexible spots welding pen, 12AWG wire consists of multiple strands of high-temperature wire with high torsional resistance and more sensitive operation. *11. Thick pure copper welding pen design with alumina copper spots welding needles to ensure high current passing capacity and durability. *12. The cold pressing process can make large contact areas with pure copper joints to reduce internal resistance. You can choose one of the following sources as your working power source: 1.
