Simple Product Counting Conveyor Using Solidworks Proximity Sensor and Mechanical Counter

This is a simple product counting conveyor design, it consists of a Mechanical Counter and Solidworks Proximity Sensor. The Proximity Sensor Senses the position of the product (here a simple box) on the conveyor and then triggers the motion of Mechanical Counter to indicate the number of products passed through it. This conveyor shows one of the application of a proximity sensor. For the Counting Mechanism, usually digital counters are used but to in this tutorial We have used a Mechanical Counter. 1.
