The course is a hilly paved course with one small loop at the start, followed by two figure-of-eight laps. What is parkrun? It is a free, weekly 5K event where you can run, walk, or volunteer every Saturday morning. With over 1,300 events held globally, it's a great way to stay active and connect with your local community. Thank you to all the volunteers who, in terrible conditions, made this parkrun possible.
