Some weeks ago, I got a call from this family owned local business in Tabaquite, offering me some samples of their products, so I jumped on board the opportunity train and visited their factory, the Tabaquite Cocoa Fermentary. The owner, Mr. Harryman Chattergoon then gave me a tour and provided a wealth of information of the cocoa process to export it internationally.
