This is the original. No comments here, because the original thing doesn't have that feature. Kinda sad, but I guess that's that. It's still a character's theme, in this case Sariel, and it also has at least 3 different names, from what I could gather: "Die to Pay Your Debt", which's the original one; "Now, Until the Moment You Die", which's from the remake; And "Now Die, For All the Debt You've Accumulated", which I got from a YouTube video and I dunno where that name even came from originally. This one is in C# minor, while the remake is in E minor. I wonder why ZUN decided to change the key, the original sounds a lot more fire because of that. The drum line is also great here, while the remake had a quite dull one. Overall, the remake just nerfed this track, in my opinion at least (´･ω･｀) I also like how this one is so loud, I for once had to reduce the amplification on the FM channels. Maybe I should have just reduced the overall amplification instead, considering the majority of the channels here are really loud. That should've been the case with the later games' tracks, but oh well. Again, it could be related to ZUN's audio setup instead, which made the later tracks sound better compared to the ones in this game. This one is also a lot shorter compared to the later games'. I guess he just ground his music composition skills so that he could make longer tracks. I need to do the same···
