This is the replaced thyssenkrupp Evolution Elevator at Soon Seng Plaza. It was replaced during the renovation of the mall. It is equipped with voiceovers too. Should be converted to MRL after replacement because I can barely hear the brake sound. There are also 4 removed elevators too. With these removed, these are downgraded from 5 to 1 elevator only. & I believe this used to be Mitsubishi SP-II if the previous capacity is not like now or MP if the previous capacity is also the same, but I'm not sure about that. I suspect these could be Mitsubishi before (based on previous escalators photos found in social media which the design looks like 1980s Mitsubishi escalators after closer inspection, but a video from 2019 shows the branding 'Pacific an affiliate of OTIS' on landing plate which makes it even RARE but Pacific is former EITA name also so I believe the landing plate is replaced in late 1990s-early 2000s at some point) .Should be removed after renovation due to the very low population now than 30+ years ago.
