Welcome to the start of our beginner Jazz Technique course. This course is based on the Matt Mattox Technique. In our previous course we covered Isolation of the head, shoulders, ribs, and hips. This course teaches the fundamentals of Jazz Technique 1. Plies 2. Tendus 3. Arm coordination 4. Preparation for Flick Kicks 5. Box Kicks Be sure to complete each tutorial.
