Making Easter Egg Bunny Houses! One of you specifically asked for this a few weeks ago, and that was all the push I needed. I got these Jellycat bunnies from David Jones and they also have them on TheIconic.au. A few tips for this: I got the egg from @spotlightstores and I have also seen similar at other big box stores. I have also seen paper mache ones here and there, which would probably be easier to work with. I forgot to say in this video that I trimmed the edge of the bottom half of the egg using scissors, the bottom had a ridge along the edge so the top and bottom could fit together but you don’t really need that once you add the hinge. You could also make your own egg using paper mache! I used leftover fabric to decoupage the outside of this, cut into strips using my @fiskars rotary cutter. I have also seen people using patterned tissue paper or napkins to do this sort of thing! I used a small gold hinge from @bunnings for this, I would actually go a little larger next time or you could also use a piece of felt glued on like a hinge! Let me know if you have any questions.
