CEOs are receiving 250 to 1,000 times (and more) what the average worker is receiving. There is a severe wealth inequality happening in both Canada and America, and the problem is growing bigger every year. Company and employee loyalty is dying and companies are wondering why the middle and working class who are slowly going broke won't continue to work harder for them to further benefit their company. This is currently a very challenging time, especially for young people who are looking to find employment that takes advantage of the skills and that will also pay them a decent salary due to high student loans.
