Best (Half) Cage for the Sony a7S III, a7 IV? || SmallRig 3193, 3237 Review

I picked up the SmallRig 3193 / 3237 half cage for the Sony a7S III after looking into a number of makes and models that were out there. Ultimately, I wanted something that was easy to adapt and add/remove to and from my camera, while also being strong and sturdy enough to handle multiple accessories, and long shoots without any key components coming loose. In the time I've been using this, has this cage lived up to its promise? In this brief review, I'll discuss my thoughts and observations on the SmallRig 3193 / 3237 in the past few weeks that I've been using it. I'll also discuss my take on some additional accessories included with the 3237 package (e.g. the top handle), and why you might want to select a half cage in general. Overall, this half cage - even perhaps with a couple of minor quirks to keep in mind - has been solid thus far.
