For collaboration/ paid promotion: 📧: [email protected] Feenia ladoo ~ Ingredients 500g wheat flour 250g Ghee 250g sugar powder 1tbsp cardamom powder (elaichi) 100ml water (approx) for DHRABA ~ Procedure for DHRABA Take 75g of pure ghee (from the total quantity of 250g) Add 100ml water Mix them well and boil it on gas Now put the ghee+water mixture in wheat flour , and combine everything with light hands (check the video for proper steps ) And now keep it aside for 30 minutes After that grind the mixture on pulse (to check the consistency watch the video And than roast it on slow medium flame until u see the achieved yellowish brown texture And last let it cool down COMPLETELY ~ For FROTH Take remaining 175g of Ice cold Ghee (from the total 250g - 75g= 175g) And now use a electric whisker and whisk the ghee for 3-5 minutes Now little by little add the powdered sugar and whisk it (continue the process until 250g sugar is poured in) Once ghee turns into smooth cream like texture, add in the cardamom powder and the roster wheat little by little and whisk it until everything is combined And at last garnish it with some dry fruits Feenia ladoo is readyyyyy … healthy bhi aur tasty bhi 🤤 Bajara thepli 1 cup bajra flour 1/4th cup wheat flour 1/2tsp ajwain ( carom seeds 1/2 tsp sesame seeds 1/4th tsp asafoetida 1/2 tbsp turmeric 1 tbsp coriander powder 1/2 tbsp red chilli powder 1/2 tbsp green chilli paste Salt to taste 1tbsp sugar (for sweet and sour taste) Sour buttermilk to combine the dough At last after dough is formed, add 1tbsp oil and apply on dough Now make small thepli’s and fry it on medium flame for 3-4 min And baam it readyyyyyy to be had with hot chai 🤤
