Reinvest the dividends to buy more and more stock, so our passive income compounds over time. 3. As a result of double compound interest, we build a giant portfolio of passive income over time. Investing Rules: 1. Only buy stocks that have raised their dividend every year for the past 10 years or more (also called “Dividend Aristocrats”). 2. Only buy stocks that have at least 3.5% - 4% dividend for year one. 3. Only buy stocks on bad news, because that is when they fall into “buy territory.” 4.
