This is everyone’s first look at the truck I just picked up, and today we’re kicking off the “Race to New Years” mini series — where we try to finish the last few things before our big New Years desert trip. In this episode I go over the down-and-dirty basic specs of the truck, what’s done, what’s questionable, and what absolutely needs to be fixed before we can send it in the desert. Then we dive straight into the work for the day: • Fixing an issue on one of the shocks • Pulling the radiator so it can get modified • Dropping the gas tank to repair a crack This truck is 90% done… but that last 10% is fighting back hard.
