Recorded in Torquay by West Of England Sound Ltd., May, 1970. The Ginger Hobby Horse - a spicy adultress ? no. A tinted doxy ? Wrong again. This animal with minimal connections is less lurid, but more exciting and experienced. Ian Hobson (hobby) plays a mean guitar; Keith Taylor (ginger) plays a loud organ; Brid Hesketh tempos justice with mercy, and Len Lindon is their bass player (very, very base). These indiciduals (in the truest sens) have been together since June, 1968. They have been referred to as a group; now they are called a band - they are neither. They are a unit; an organised microcosm of a world of moods; an enviring entity. Sladnor Park Country Club, Torquay, has been their home for some ten months.
