The season is changing - our gardens are beginning to look different as the weather changes and what we grow and harvest seems to transition very naturally. I'm now thinking Roots, Tubers, Greens and all the hardy hearty crops that will see us through Winter like Jerusalem Artichoke and Yacon (which has grow MASSIVE here this year). Its a gentle adjustment, it sneaks up, everything begins to slow down gradually (me included), it feels so wholesome to move with the Earth's natural cycles and not resist.
