Mary's Christmas Village with Polar Express Train 2021

Woohoo! A professional video!! Thank you so much, Debbie Wolfe of www.debbiewolfephotography.com! In the summer of 2021, we sold our little house and bought a larger condo that has a really big living room. Oh my! We also have a t.v. room so we were able to expand on previous platforms. Jim made the tree for me when we had a small living room so we decided to incorporate that into the new build. There are four areas of my village: Dickens (my passion) is the largest. Most of the buildings, accessories, and figurines are Dept 56. In 2020, right before Christmas, we decided to replace my little HO train. The train in this video is a FlyerChief S-gauge Polar Express and we have a lot of fun with it. The next section, the tree, is what I call North Pole. It also has a dog park (4th level). Most of the buildings, accessories, and figurines in this section are Lemax. The tree topper is Holiday Time. The fountain (in the dog park) and Santa with sleigh are St. Nicholas Square. The third section is my Ski Resort. It's primarily Lemax. (Next year we plan on expanding to add a Ski Slope and perhaps a Ski Lift.) The last section is what I call Wilderness. It's a blend of Dept 56 and Lemax. This video is longer than my previous Christmas village videos but I hope that you will appreciate the attention to detail as much as I do.
