Her store displays many of her own beautifully hand painted and decoupaged, decorative items and furniture. She hosts vendors from all over Iowa and Nebraska. Each space is unique. As an experienced florist, Kelly uses her talents to embellish each nook with a touch of floral, adding charm and warmth! ✅ Some of the special spaces and pieces include: 🪑 1800's Eastlake settee - upholstered in emerald green 🎨 A hand painted Lane chest, done by Jamie Troubaugh, a local artist that paints on furniture and canvas. 🦷 An antique, 1920's dentist cabinet with 27 drawers, painted and decoupaged. 🛏️ 1800's French bed made into a gorgeous bench. 🦩 A pink flamingo, decoupaged, antique traine - the wallpaper came from the UK and Australia. ☕ A black cupboard - distressed with wallpaper. 🌊 Waterfall 1930's chair - painted and distressed for a vintage look. 🎶 The Music Room - This room holds a special place in Kelly’s heart. It contains her grandfather’s 1920 banjo and her Dad’s wife, Lillian’s, accordion which was used to teach at a country school in South Dakota. 🗣️ Kelly says “We have so many talented vendors that have an eye to stage their products. This store is a walk down memory lane. If you want to get lost in a shop full of memories this is the place for you! Many customers have become great friends from Sioux Falls, SD to Norfolk, Nebraska to Eastern Iowa and Sioux City. It is a great feeling coming in every day and bringing the store to life! As I start a project, I think of the colors and find all the treasures to go with the vignettes. Flea market finds, antiques and vintage are trending and intertwine with modern everyday items.
