"Kenobi: Trials Of The Master" is a feature-length fan retelling of the Obi-Wan Kenobi series. It uses the footage from the Series with other films in the franchise, and utilizes VFX, editing and new footage to create a completely new take on the story. It is intended to entertain and inspire the fan base, as well as to educate the upcoming artists on the possibilities of modern filmmaking. This is not intended to interfere, or belittle, or replace the original series in any way. That's not even possible, and that was never my intention. And if it was even possible, I would never want it. This is my personal take on the story, and my ultimate love letter to the Star Wars universe. This whole educational project wouldn't be possible without the artists and the entire creative team that made the Obi-Wan Kenobi series, so go and watch it on Disney+. -Since many of you expressed the wish to see the comparison between the new shots and the original series, I did a quick edit for you. For the sake of seeing the difference better, I left the original footage as-is, without retiming, flipping or regrading. Even though I am using majority of the shots in the series, the context of them is completely changed, so much so they can also be considered "New shots", but the dramatic impact of it you'll see when the film comes out.
