22/6/23 I hike up this Mountain in 2017, got to 720 metres and the wind was wild, I decided to leave it for another day. So today was the day, forecast looking great. Just a fantastic wee Mountain, thoroughly enjoyed hiking up it, on a very warm day, light breeze keeping the midges away, conditions under foot very dry, so got to summit in a couple of hours and spent 45 minutes taking in the incredible views and flying my new drone, A DJI mini se 2..just amazing footage from it, great stability...DRONE footage starts at 24.25 minutes. And an hour & 45 minutes back to car. A mountain I will definitely hike up again. Since I was in the area, I just had to use the amazing music from Big Country...Restless Natives...one of my favourite bands and movies & music...Quite a bit of the movie was filled up the rest & be thankful and Lochgoilhead which you can see from the summit of Ben Donich. CARPE DIEM
