I really hope everyone is good and healthy and getting through the shitpocalypse of 2020-2021 without too much stress :(. Speaking of apocalypses... yeah, this one was long time coming :d. So, recently (and by recently I mean many months back) I saw an absolutely brilliant short movie by Neill Blomkamp, who is basically my god and hero and idol in terms of movie making. I LOVE scifi/post-apocalyptic stuff, so of course my mind got stuck on it and I couldn't let it go. The film is called Rakka and I highly recomment you give it a try, because - again - it's fucking incredible (actually, anything he touches turns to gold, so really you should just check the entire Oats productions channel here on YT, if you're a fan of such themes ;p). I borrowed a lot of the story elements for this video, because I saw similarities and potential for a 'crossover' with our boys, although I took way too many liberties to call this a proper -crossover-, hence 'concept trailer' as usual. Anyway, back to the video. The backstory is quite complicated the way I have imagined it, so I really hope it translated well on screen, because ngl I had trouble trying to come up with an effective way to present it. So hopefully, you will have no problem understanding what's going on, what the characters are doing and the meaning behind their words... But I think I'm probably gonna write down some important plot points later on and if you still find youself confused, you can always ask ;).
