Welcome to 🇹🇼 Taipei, Taiwan! This is a bustling global city on the northern part of the island, serving as the nation's political, economic, and cultural heart. A city of about 2.5 million residents, it has a great food scene, reflecting both strong Chinese and Japanese influences and if you know where to look, even indigenous Taiwanese (look for another video on this later!) We spent a little over 24 hours in Taipei on our way to Hualien. In this video we'll cover our highlights from our high-speed visit and mention a few of our favorite foods.
