Excerpts from Chinese New Year (The Nutcracker Chinese Version) Yuan Yuan by Qiu Yunting January 3, 2021 Beijing Tianqiao Theater #BalletDancer #StarsofNBC #ChineseNewYear Graduated from the Secondary School of Beijing Dance Academy in 2013, Qiu Yunting enteredthe National Ballet of China in the same year. She has danced the leading roles in Don Quixote and La Sylphide aswell as the main characters in La Bayadère, The Red Detachment of Women, The Nutcracker (Chinese Version), The Crane Calling, The Light of Heart and The White Snake- The Mortal World. She also danced the Swan Lake, Romeo and Juliet, La Chauve- Souris, Four Seasons, Songs and Dances of the Earth,and many other ballet works. She won the Gold Medal in the Beijing International Ballet Invitational for DanceSchools; the Gold Medal of Ballet Group in the 10th National Dance Competition(Taoli Cup) and the Gold Medal (junior group) in the 2nd Beijing International Ballet and Choreography Competition. In 2018, Qiu Yunting won the Gold Medal ofsenior group in the 11th American International Ballet Competition. In 2014, Qiu Yunting participated in the 'Benois de la Danse Nominees GalaConcert' hold by The Bolshoi Theatre of Russia in Moscow and the ballet season of Cuba in the same year. On behalf of the Company, she went to Hamburg to participate in the Nijinsky Gala in July, 2015.
