| Excelsior News | Jammu: Hindus of Rasana village, district Kathua, from where Asifa belonged, had migrated to Kootah, about 3-Km from their village for ‘safety’. The migration of Hindus started after a class 11th was picked up for questioning in the rape and murder case o Asifa. The family members allege he is being torture and missed his paper too. The locals blame the chief minister Mehbooba Mufti for politicisiing the issue.
