Eddie says that it’s the talented studios who have a passion for making great games. In order to support their big aspirations and ambitions, Tencent understands that independence and creative autonomy are key to the partnerships. He believes that “When you invest in a video game company, you invest in the people.” The key ingredient in this industry is passion, and the goal at Tencent is to unlock this passion.
