Quick easy and very tasty Aloo Bhunna recipe for you. #happycookingtoyou #foodfusion #pakistanicooking Written Recipe: https://ln.run/-fN0I Serves 3-4 Recipe in English: Ingredients: -Aloo (Potatoes) ½ kg -Cooking oil ¼ Cup -Zeera (Cumin seeds) ½ tsp -Curry patta (Curry leaves) 10-12 -Pyaz paste (Onion paste) 2 medium -Tamatar (Tomato) pureed 2-3 -Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 & ½ tbs -Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste -Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tsp -Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 & ½ tsp or to taste -Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) 1 tsp -Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 & ½ tsp -Garam masala powder ¼ tsp -Water ¾ Cup or as required -Hari mirch (Green chilli) sliced -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped Directions: -Peel & cut potatoes into pieces & set aside. -In a wok,add cooking oil,cumin seeds,curry leaves & mix well. -Add onion paste,mix well & cook on medium flame for 4-5 minutes. -Add pureed tomatoes,ginger garlic paste,salt,cumin powder,red chilli powder,turmeric powder, coriander powder,garam masala powder,mix well & cook until oil separates (12-15 minutes). -Add potatoes & mix well. -Add water & mix well,cover & cook on low flame until potatoes are tender (10-12 minutes) then cook on high flame until oil separates. -Add green chilli,fresh coriander & mix well. -Garnish with fresh coriander,green chilli & serve! Recipe in Urdu: Ajza: -Aloo (Potatoes) ½ kg -Cooking oil ¼ Cup -Zeera (Cumin seeds) ½ tsp -Curry patta (Curry leaves) 10-12 -Pyaz paste (Onion paste) 2 medium -Tamatar (Tomato) pureed 2-3 -Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 & ½ tbs -Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste -Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tsp -Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 & ½ tsp or to taste -Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) 1 tsp -Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 & ½ tsp -Garam masala powder ¼ tsp -Water ¾ Cup or as required -Hari mirch (Green chilli) sliced -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped Directions: -Aloo ko peel ker ka pieces mein cut ker lein & side per rakh dein. -Karahi mein cooking oil,zeera aur curry patta dal ker ache tarhan mix karein. -Pyaz paste dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein. -Pureed tamatar,adrak lehsan paste,namka,zeera,lal mirch powder,haldi powder,dhania powder aur garam masala powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur oil alag ho janay tak paka lein (12-15 minutes). -Aloo dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein. -Pani dal ker mix karein aur dhak ker halki ancch per aloo gul janay tak paka lein (10-12 minutes) phir tez ancch per oil alag ho ajay tak paka lein. -Hari mirch aur hara dhania dal ker mix ker lein. -Hara dhania aur hari mirch sa garnish ker ka serve karein!
