A complaint had been filed in the High Court after Jasna Salim had previously celebrated her birthday by cutting a cake at the temple's entrance and circulating it on social media. At that time, the High Court had issued an order prohibiting video filming at the entrance. The order was that videos should not be filmed at the entrance except for religious ceremonies or weddings. The case is for filming again and circulating it while this ban was in place. Temple Station Inspector G. Ajaykumar said that the case has been registered under sections such as religious enmity and violation of court orders.
