Jaws and the Amity area of Universal Studios Florida closed forever on January 2nd, 2012 and were replaced by The Wizarding World of Harry Potter Diagon Alley. Located at the Universal Orlando Resort in Orlando, Florida. Jaws: The Ride was in operation from 1990-2012 and was based off of the Jaws films directed by Steven Spielberg. Jaws can still be seen in 2 Universal Studios theme parks.
