We'd love for you to like this video, subscribe to our channel, and hit the notification bell so you'll be notified when a new video is uploaded You can also find us on: Instagram: www.instagram.com/homestead.dreaming Facebook: / homestead.dreaming1 Ingredients 3 cups all purpose flour 1 & 1/2 cups warm water 1 & 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp yeast 1/4 cup diced & drained jalapenos (I use jarred) 1/2 cup shredded cheese of choice 1/4 cup additional shredded cheese for topping Directions In a large bowl, combine flour, yeast, and salt with a whisk. Add warm water and jalapenos and combine until all flour has been incorporated into the dough, dough should be shaggy. Mix in 1/ cup of shredded cheese Cover & Rise 12-18 hours After rise, preheat oven and pot at 450 degrees Fahrenheit With floured hands, stretch & fold dough Cover & rest 30 minutes Remove hot pot from oven, sprinkle bottom with flour, & plop dough into pot Put lid on the pot and bake at 450 degrees F for 35 minutes Remove lid, add remaining 1/4 cup shredded cheese and bake for an additional 5-15 minutes until desired crust color has been achieved and cheese is completely melted. cool on wire rack and wait until completely cool to slice Enjoy!
