Be careful which version of this phone you purchase, if you're going to be using it on a North American carrier, you'll need the 900/1900/2100 MHz bands, not just the 2100 band! I am using the stock launcher in this video, however I have already moved over to a different launcher which has removed any perceivable UI lag.
