Thank you for listening. *****The tone of my bass: My Expert Guitar Luthier, Master Luigi Spezzacatena, of southern Italy, attached a used, genuine vintage 1960 Sprague tone capacitor (value = 0,1mdf) to the electronics (and replaced the tiny, factory-issued capacitor) of my Fender Roadworn Jazz Bass so as to create a 60's tone, while I have worked with the knobs on my bass and amp to attain a flat, yet punchy tone with both bass pickup volumes on 8 and the tone in the middle. Bass in this video is a 2012 Fender Jazz Bass Roadworn (purchased at Sam Ash, Phoenix, Arizona) with six year old Ernie Ball slinky flatwound strings and playing through a small 60 watt Marshall amp with the Bass tone is at the 4 o'clock position, the Midrange is at the 5 o'clock position, (full) and the Treble tone at the 2 o'clock position. ***Check out my YouTube channel and enjoy more than 475+ quality bass videos AND get inspired on bass!
