Here's how I rebuilt the front axle on my GU patrol. In this video I will begin the rebuild of my GU Patrol Front Axle to change; King Pin bearings, Axle Seals, Swivel Hub Seals and Wheel Bearings. This is a job that involves working on the brakes, suspension and steering, so if you are not experienced you should grab a mate who knows what they are doing to give you a hand. This job is time consuming and requires a little know how to get it done properly. That's not to say a beginner could not achieve this, you just need to keep track of all your parts and follow these steps. Part two will go through the reassembly and torque of each of the parts.
