🚀 36 Hours of Extreme Development — We Did It! From nearly 150 applications, just under 30 amazing developers joined us during March 22-23 in Mountain View, CA, for an unforgettable Embodied AI Hackathon with NVIDIA, Hugging Face, and Hackster.io at Circuit Launch. Over 36 intense hours, participants pushed the limits of what's possible with robotics and AI, using the Hugging Face LeRobot platform to train and deploy models for imitation learning project. They tackled challenges from: ✅ Robot arm hardware calibration (arms from Seeed Bazaar) ✅ Collecting 50+ episodes of demonstration data ✅ Training on cutting-edge models like Pi0, ACT, DiffusionPolicy, and the latest GR00T N1 ✅ Deploying to NVIDIA Jetson for real-time inference The result? Robotic arms that can learn and act autonomously — no hardcoding or manual visual targeting required! Many thanks to Dustin Franklin, Chitoku Yato, Asier Arranz, Johnny Núñez Cano (NVIDIA), Jinger Zeng (Hackster), Katherine Scott (Open Robotics), Phil Nelson (OpenCV), and Jack Shao & Charlie Xu (Seeed Studio) for their expert support and judging.
